Dr. Paul G. Wilke, Dentist

Born and raised in San Antonio, Dr. Wilke has dedicated his life to dentistry and the preservation of one's overall health. Orthodontics and mercury free dentistry are hallmarks of his practice. He has been married for over 25 years and has four children.

Connie and Dr. Wilke have been married since 1978. After graduating from Southwest Texas State University (Texas State) in 1977 with a BA in Sociology, she supported Dr. Wilkes' trek through dental school. After raising 4 children and helping out on and off throughout the years in the practice, she is now the Director of Finance and Advertising. Encouraging Dr. Wilke to do what he does best, dentistry, she handles accounts payable and employee relations as well as the marketing of the practice.

Elizabeth is a San Antonio native, growing up in the northeast area of town. She attended and graduated from Judson High School and then subsequently San Antonio College of Medical and Dental Assisting. She has been in the dental field since 1998 working both in clinical and office capacities. In December 2003, Elizabeth joined the Total Mouth Fitness team as an assistant to Dr. Wilke and in 2005 she was promoted to Office Manager. While being at Total Mouth Fitness for 4 years, she has grown and flourished within the practice. Her bright smile and helpful attitude make every patient feel comfortable and welcome.

Lynda was born out of state but got to Texas as soon as she could. She is a graduate of Sam Houston High School here in San Antonio. She received her Associate degree in Applied Sciences-Dental Assisting from San Antonio College. Lynda has been in the dental field for 15 years gaining experience in both general and orthodontic practices. In 1989, her focus was directed toward home-schooling her children. She joined the Total Mouth Fitness team in 2003. When you call Total Mouth Fitness, you will more than likely hear Lynda's cheerful voice. She will be glad to answer all your questions to the best of her ability and will assist you in scheduling your appointments.

Tina was born in Oahu, Hawaii. (This privilege comes with being a military brat.) She was raised in Universal City, Texas and now resides in Schertz. Tina graduated from Judson High School, 'Go Rockets Go'. In 1988 she received her Red Cross Dental Assistant Training at the Randolph Air Force Base in Universal City, completing the course with 200 hours experience. Dr. Wilke hired her on the spot in August of 1988. In the beginning, it was just Dr. Wilke and Tina, a one-girl show. Then as time progressed, the practice grew and eventually Tina gave up assisting and focused more on the front office. Being the Office Manager for 12 years, it was time to have her third child and left to be a stay at home mother for 2 years. Returning in 2002, she came back part-time and has been with us every since as Financial Coordinator and Insurance Specialist. Tina has been with the Total Mouth Fitness family for a total of 18 years.

Catalina, a native of San Antonio, graduated from John Marshall High School. Although her original aspiration was to be a dietician, she redirected her education to the dental field after meeting a dental hygienist. Catalina graduated with honors from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio with her degree in Dental Hygiene in 1999. After 9 years in the dental field, she still absolutely loves her work, and it shows in her enthusiasm and desire to make patients feel comfortable and relaxed while in her chair. She truly feels that this career is perfect for her because she enjoys working with people and helping them move towards better oral and overall health. Her philosophy to treat every patient by the Golden Rule is a perfect fit with the office philosophy here at Total Mouth Fitness. She makes every effort to give her patient the most thorough, yet comfortable cleaning possible by utilizing the newest up to date technology of manually tuned ultrasonic (USI) and pre-procedural polishing. Her smile and sweet disposition is contagious and you will enjoy having her as your professional oral health therapist. Catalina has been with the practice since January, 2005.

Samantha was born and raised in Southwest Texas. She is a graduate of Leakey High School and received her Dental Assistant Certification at San Antonio College of Medical and Dental Assisting. The experience she received in the 5 years has always been in the general dentistry setting. Samantha joined the Total Mouth Fitness team in January, 2007.

Margie was born and raised in San Antonio and is a proud alumni of MacArthur High School. She has been in the dental field for 36 years. Marge received her dental assistant certification at San Antonio College of Medical and Dental Assisting. She has had experience with General Dentistry, orthodontics, Oral and Periodontal Surgeries. She has been with the Total Mouth Fitness team since 2005.
