Dr. Paul G. Wilke, Dentist

Born and raised in San Antonio, Dr. Wilke has dedicated his life to dentistry and the preservation of one's overall health. Orthodontics and mercury free dentistry are hallmarks of his practice. He has been married for over 25 years and has four children.

Connie and Dr. Wilke have been married since 1978. After graduating from Southwest Texas State University (Texas State) in 1977 with a BA in Sociology, she supported Dr. Wilkes' trek through dental school. After raising 4 children and helping out on and off throughout the years in the practice, she is now the Director of Finance and Advertising. Encouraging Dr. Wilke to do what he does best, dentistry, she handles accounts payable and employee relations as well as the marketing of the practice.

Elizabeth is a San Antonio native, growing up in the northeast area of town. She attended and graduated from Judson High School and then subsequently San Antonio College of Medical and Dental Assisting. She has been in the dental field since 1998 working both in clinical and office capacities. In December 2003, Elizabeth joined the Total Mouth Fitness team as an assistant to Dr. Wilke and in 2005 she was promoted to Office Manager. While being at Total Mouth Fitness for 4 years, she has grown and flourished within the practice. Her bright smile and helpful attitude make every patient feel comfortable and welcome.

Hello, my name is Sondra and I have recently moved to San Antonio from Southern California.  I have been in the dental field for 30 years.  I began my dental career in an orthodontic practice as a chairside assistant; and within 4 yours I learned the skills it takes to work in the front office.  I have worked most recently in an awesome general cosmetic practice in Manhattan Beach, Ca for the past 20 years.  My husband is a mechanical engineer and I have two awesome children.  My son is in the Air Force and my daughter is excelling in her first year of middle school.  I feel God led me to work for Dr. Wilke and have felt extremely welcomed by the entire “inspirational” staff.

Rebekah, (prefers to be called Bekah), was born and raised in San Antonio.  She is Dr. Wilke’s 3rd of 4 children.  She went to Northwest Vista College here in San Antonio for 2 years and is continuing her education at the San Antonio Board of Realtors to date.  Throughout her younger years, she has always been a part of her fathers practice, filling during the summer in the front office.  In June 2009, she became a full-time employee.  Even though she is pursuing her dream of becoming a Realtor, she enjoys being part of what her father is accomplishing in dentistry.

Tina was born in Oahu, Hawaii. (This privilege comes with being a military brat.) She was raised in Universal City, Texas and now resides in Schertz. Tina graduated from Judson High School, 'Go Rockets Go'. In 1988 she received her Red Cross Dental Assistant Training at the Randolph Air Force Base in Universal City, completing the course with 200 hours experience. Dr. Wilke hired her on the spot in August of 1988. In the beginning, it was just Dr. Wilke and Tina, a one-girl show. Then as time progressed, the practice grew and eventually Tina gave up assisting and focused more on the front office. Being the Office Manager for 12 years, it was time to have her third child and left to be a stay at home mother for 2 years. Returning in 2002, she came back part-time and has been with us every since as Financial Coordinator and Insurance Specialist. Tina has been with the Total Mouth Fitness family for a total of 18 years.

Samantha was born and raised in Southwest Texas. She is a graduate of Leakey High School and received her Dental Assistant Certification at San Antonio College of Medical and Dental Assisting. The experience she received in the 5 years has always been in the general dentistry setting. Samantha joined the Total Mouth Fitness team in January, 2007.

My name is Ana I am a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico. I recently married and relocated to San Antonio in February 2009 with my mother. My husband has been in San Antonio for 3 years and is a Labor Relations Manager for Randolph Air Force Base. I have 3 grown daughters, 4 grandchildren and 3 grown stepchildren. I have an associates degree in dental assisting and have been in the dental field on and off for 30+ years. I joined the staff of Total Mouth Fitness in November, 2009.  Although I have only been here a short time, working with Dr. Wilke has taught me a wealth of information about holistic dentistry. I also have quickly become a Spurs fan.
